the material used in this picture is really simple.
it looks like there is a man who is riding a hourse
but he doesnt looks like a man. Nolan didnt even create the
"man"'s apprence, but he was concentrated on build the envrionment of
of this picture. the blue sky, the clouds, the ground, and the
trees and plants far away.
the colour that Nolon chose most are the warm colour, which makes the audiences
feel comfortable, and relax.
the man in the picture is like walking to a freedom world,
through Nolan's painting, this kind of feeling comes to the audiences'
mind as fast as they see the picture.

In this picture, Patricia used photographic techonolgy to created the main idea of "the Envrionment"
Piccinini used a photo of a naked girl who is holding a little mouse in her hand to create kind of a saveragry atmosphere. but it was easy to notice the mouse in the girl's hand has a big ear on the side of its body. In this part, Patricia used digital animation techonolgy to created the strange mouse, who has a pair of extremly big ears. And the girl's eyes are looking straight to the mouse, the mouse is kind of listening to the girl. We can feel they are actually communicating with each other. A girl, a mouse. which will make us to think what are they talking about? the environment? or the living things?
